Nick & Sons Critter Control LLC stands behind the quality of our workmanship. The following warranty applies unless otherwise stated in your written estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

When a workmanship warranty is provided, it applies only to the specific repairs or exclusion work completed by Nick & Sons Critter Control LLC.

The warranty covers defects resulting directly from our workmanship.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Covered work may include:

• Entry-point sealing
• Wildlife exclusion work
• Flashing installation
• Roof vent protection
• Chimney cap installation
• Soffit repairs
• Fascia repairs
• Gable repairs
• Other covered exclusion work specifically listed on your invoice or agreement

Warranty coverage applies only to the repaired or protected areas identified in your service agreement.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

• New wildlife entry through areas that were not repaired or excluded by us.
• Damage caused by storms, hail, wind, lightning, floods, fire, or other natural events.
• Damage caused by falling trees or tree limbs.
• Damage caused by roof replacement or repairs performed by another contractor.
• Structural shifting or deterioration.
• Normal wear and aging of building materials.
• Damage caused by pets, rodents, insects, or animals not covered by the original service.
• Customer modifications or repairs to covered areas.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To maintain warranty coverage, customers should:

• Maintain the property in good condition.
• Notify Nick & Sons Critter Control LLC promptly if wildlife activity is observed in a covered area.
• Avoid altering or removing exclusion materials installed by our company.
• Allow reasonable access for warranty inspections.

WARRANTY INSPECTION

If a warranty claim is submitted, we will inspect the property to determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

If the issue is determined to be covered, we will repair the warranted area at no additional labor charge, subject to the terms of the warranty.

If the issue is not covered, we will provide recommendations and an estimate for any additional work.

TRANSFERABILITY

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original customer and property where the work was performed.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

No verbal statements or representations modify this warranty. Any changes must be made in writing by Nick & Sons Critter Control LLC.

Specific warranty periods, if offered, will be identified on the customer's estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
