If you do not wish for Service Photos to be used for marketing purposes, you may opt out at any time by providing written notice to us. An opt-out will apply to our future use of your Service Photos but will not require us to remove materials already published before we receive your opt-out notice.

We retain customer information, including service records and photos, for as long as necessary to provide our services, enforce our policies and agreements, respond to warranty claims, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We may retain information longer where required by law.
