INSPECTION FEE
$100 - waived with service
Our inspection includes a thorough evaluation of your attic, roofline, and other common entry points to identify the problem and recommend the right solution.
If you approve the recommended service, the inspection fee is waived.
TRAP SET-UP FEE
- Gray Squirrel - $800
- Raccoon - $1,100
- Red Squirrel - $900
- Badger - $500
- Groundhog - $500
- Other animals - priced after inspection
*Spring maternity season removals are priced separately due to the additional care and time required.*
EXCLUSION & REPAIR
Pricing starts at $150 and can range up to $450, depending on the job.
We seal animal entry points and complete non-structural exclusion repairs to help prevent future re-entry. Final pricing depends on the number of entry points, scope of work, and accessibility and is always provided before any work begins.
OTHER SERVICES
- Camera monitoring - $30 per camera
- Dead animal removal - $250 to $500
- Animal feces cleanup - $60 to $300
- Bird nest removal - $250 to $300
- Handmade mouse or vole boxes - $20 to $60
- Emergency service fee - $150 to $400 (depending on conditions)
- Travel fee - $2.00 per mile after the first 25 miles
