2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates for services are based on initial inspections and professional assessment of the wildlife issue and property conditions.

  • Prices quoted are estimates and may change if additional work or conditions are discovered during service.
  • Inspection fees may apply if a full inspection is required prior to service.
  • Estimates do not include any additional permits, materials, or services not explicitly quoted.

3. Client Responsibilities

Before service begins, you agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the affected areas of your property.
  • Identify any known hazards (e.g., pets, fragile areas, unsafe structures).
  • Ensure that utilities, if required for work, are accessible and operable.
  • Notify us of any relevant restrictions or HOA regulations.

4. Wildlife Handling and Legal Compliance

  • Roofing or roof framing
  • Foundation work
  • Load-bearing modifications unless expressly stated in writing
